Who we are

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company name (optional), the type of help you are looking for, and your message.
- Email. Anything you send us directly by email.
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies for tracking purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and hold a call with you, and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who handles it on our behalf
A small number of service providers process data for us so that this site and our email work:
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact form. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, may be kept briefly for security and reliability. Vercel Web Analytics, used to see which pages get read, is cookieless and does not track you across other sites.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If we work together, records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email darren@readycio.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
